Root [MetroPCS/CDMA] Screwed up BIG TIME!

I tried to root my Metro PCS galaxy S3 4G and messed up along the way. I couldn't find it's firmware SCH-R530M to restore it in odin. I'm extremely new to rooting. The phone still turns on but I tried to put a different firmware on it and it turned out to be verizon. Now its starts like a verizon phone but does nothing past that. Can anyone help me restore it back to my original? What can I do? Any help will do. Thank you.

Could you explain to me please what to do exactly because I downloaded everything but i'm still confused.

First you will need to flash twrp recovery on your device in order to restore that backup.

Download this and flash in odin. Techerrata Downloads - Downloading openrecovery-twrp-2.3.1.1-d2mtr.tar

Extract that backup file you downloaded and put on your sd card in TWRP > backup folder. (If it's not there, create it.)

Now you will need to boot your phone into recovery. To do this power off the phone. Power back on holding the volume up and home key. Hold all three keys until you see a blue screen. Choose wipe. Wipe factory, cache, dalvik and system. Now go back and choose restore. The default pick is from internal memory so make sure to tick extSdCard. Choose the file you downloaded and swipe to restore.

Thanks but I did everything but when I try to restore I do not see the files. I ticked extsd but nothing comes up. Am I doing something wrong?

EDIT: It's back to normal, I had to move around files in the TWRP but thanks a lot brother you were a great help.

That sounds bad. You could try restoring the backup posted here. Good luck man.

Yes it worked, thank you nutt. I deleted everything as air said and made a back up. But when I tried to restore your file wasn't there. So I renamed your file the same as my backup with copy at the end of it and it worked.

it says error when doing "recovery combinations keys"
