Can someone make a create a transparent status bar apk that will work with Metro's S3 similar to:

I've tried with APK Manager, but I'm not experienced enough to know. If someone can please shed some light or create a .zip that will change the SystemUI. That would be amazing. I can donate some $$ for your time.
