Root [MetroPCS/CDMA] Send message fail notification

Ok now out of the blue I've been getting this with every other message I send. The messages have been going through because I'm getting replies but it's just annoying. Anybody have this problem? Any fix?

on messaging hit the setting button and then uncheck delivery report.
