All of the widgets are done with UCCW. The top right widget is power toggles, but all the rest... The side text, clock, battery widget are all done with UCCW.

It's a VERY customizable widget.

Nova launcher Prime.. Its kind of tricky to place the widgets but with UCCW you can resize and also in the widget settings you can change size of text, color, position, angle... All kinds of cool stuff.
