Looks like a loadout from the buzzhome launcher. Lots of prebuilt pages that downloads the apps for you as well. Check it out. I might have spelled the name wrong

Running Metropolis 1.40 with the kernel it comes with, at default frequency.

Using 100 % transparent S4 weather widget, the 4x6 stock launcher n4zty n shabby hooked up, Note 2 keyboard, an app called Unicon that changes all icons, and xposed with tweak box, and multiapp modules.
