I did the update and I now have the premium suite features. Its still 4.1.2 but I have the multi-window and other features I didn't have when I updated to 4.1.2 the 1st time.

The new update was just that premium suite , a few more features, and the new modem.

from what i understand...it should now let the phone connect to metro and t mobile towers as they're the same company now. it seems how ever that they may not have worked out all issues...that may change in time.
