Root [MetroPCS/CDMA] SOLVED: Reflash to latest stock - need help

I want to reflash stock MF2. Have error on download screen, telling me to connect to Kies...My backup MD5 sum doesnt match and long story short, I am starting over.


I have this file: KIES_HOME_R530MVQAMF2_R530MMTRAMF2_1274214_REV00_user_low_ship.tar.md5

Is this correct file to get me on latest stock and how do I use it? Odin?



Currently have:
Baseband: R530MVQAMF2
Build: JZO54K.R530MVQAMB2
