Root [MetroPCS/CDMA] Tethering to a ps3

yes it can just go to google and search wifi tether, download the latest versin even if its a test version,then open it and go to settings and open device profile ,then scroll till you see samsung galaxy nexus(cdma/let) click it and go back and press to start tethering , remember to hit the like button

This will give you connection but not game play over psn. I been around this and xda I am on bb7 no need for a 3rd party app. Even so I tried a modded WiFi tether and still a no go. So thanks for the input on how to tether but I know how to do that already

maybe its because you have all those smudges on your screen?
Lol that's cause I broke my PSU in the back of the case and just fixed my TV Lol and u can't see those smudges from my couch

I have the muller, lemons, and baxton tether.
This is my mini rant....Metro is one of the last carriers to have unlimited data.
Its no wonder why all others have throttled and limited data....this is one of the many reasons...the network was not designed for gaming on your ps3.
Not an attack on the OP but if we all did this unlimited data may be a thing of the past on metro too!
I don't mind paying 60 a month and having it all but I use it responsibly...
Just my .02

Hey man the app you sent, all it does is turn on my built in wifi tether, I can get it passed the check but will not download netflix lol i am getting frustrated normally i can do what i need on my own but this bull is ******ed

Oh and buddy I use on average 40-50 gigs of data per month I have had unlimited since it first hit the ground on 4g, I have never ever had metro call me or network related issues that i cause.

Ive only gotten xbox to work not ps3...but even using xboz forbonline gamin is barely any use on data..its video apps that hog the data..but i just use the hdmi output and netflix and watch great
