Root [MetroPCS/CDMA] This weird thing happened

For a good while now the data warning line, along with the set mobile data limit option in the data usage settings have just disappeared This is what it looks like now.
It works fine on 4.2.2 or lower. But on 4.3-4.4.2 it doesn't. I don't know why. And with every new rom I always do a factory reset, and wipe system and data in TWRP. Is there maybe something I'm doing wrong? And has anyone else experienced this with any roms? Thanks for any of your help.
EDIT: Oh, and right now I'm on the latest carbon 4.4 nightly if that helps at all.

What's wrong with the image?? Mine doesn't have those lines either.. I remember them a while back but lost attention of then maybe old ROMs new releases removed it? Just my two cents

Just a question but how much data are you paying for. And if it's not unlimited then why isn't it?

I don't pay for my bill, lol. My parents set me up with Metro's $50 plan, so I have 2.5 gigs of data. Also on Kitkat the data on the graph is really inaccurate for some reason. It says I use a lot more data than I usually do, which is kinda of annoying if I want to keep track of it.
Also, I wont be staying with Metro for long. I'm planing to switch to T-Mobile, or some other network before the cdma networks shut down.

I'm still deciding if I want to switch or not. It depends if Metro has a better variety of phones until the cdma networks shut off, because i'll still be with my s3 until then.
