i woke up this morning and tried to turn on my Core prime and it got up to the point where it says "MetroPCS and the purple ball came across the screen then it just sits there. I dont know anything about phones all i know how to do is reset it using the power and volume button...can anyone tell me what i need to do??

Did you do a factory restore?
Was the phone rooted? (If it was you shouldn't have done that!)
