Root [MetroPCS] f6 and apk to computer

if i copy and move say framework-res.apk to my sd card on my phone then connect it to my computer to move the file off the sd card to my computer my computer does NOT see the file unless i zip it anyone else have this problem:confused:
 
That's very strange. You should just be able to copy it to your PC and it be visible. I rarely use windows since I'm a long time linux user, but I remember that on window's file explorer you can choose to show all file extensions in the settings. Maybe you have to adjust those settings.
 
i do know what you are talking about and i did check to make sure that all file extensions are visible i wounder if its cause i am using to phone to try and transfer the apk how ever i was able to do it on the esteem
