Root [MetroPCS] going back to ''i'' firmware ! HELP

ok so i had the I firmware but it softbricked so i used the lg mobile support tool to upgrade my phone.. it upgraded to 12B but now i need to go back to I in order to root then cwm to 12b custom rooted firmware somebody can plz give me the tutorial to roll back to I firmware ???? thanks

sorry to keep on bothering but i already rooted the phone now im trying to use rom manager to flash the custom rom but it wont let me with rom manager cus my phone is not listed so it wont reboot to cwm
 
There is an app called lte2 recovery or something that let's you boot straight into cwm. That's the only way to get into cwm on this device.

If you already have root you can also download an app from the Play Store called Quick Boot (Reboot). Specifically it's the one with the lightning bolt surrounded by a purple ring. This one gives you the option to boot into recovery and it has a widget. Hope this is of use.
