Root [MetroPCS/GSM] C-RoM-KK-v7.1 Thoughts

I just got the OTA update for C-RoM on my gsm Galaxy S3. Its now v7.1....its now got my S3 running Android 4.4.4 and so far so good. It seems to be running smoother than the last version of C-RoM and 4.4.4 has some pretty cool new features. I just got it a few mins ago, so as soon as I play around with some of the new features, I'll come back on and be a lot more specific with what it can do. If anyone has already been using it on this phone, any ideas on the features or anything I should know is greatly appreciated... Thanks, Jeremy

Does it have wifi calling, multi window, and screen cast. These are reasons for me not using other roms. Let me know
 
I know I have WiFi calling and multiwindow. I'm not sure about screen cast. I will check and see and let you know asap...
 
No right now I'm just using the kernal that came with C-RoM....but that kernal you told me to use worked awesome with the resurrection remix ROM I was using before
 
Once youve feeled that one out you may try that kernal again and see. I bet it would be awesome. How about your hdmi output does it still work? Reason I ask is we as in tmobile/metro users are about to get the kitkat 4.4.2 update ota. Not sure on exact date, but att and Verizon, boost and Nextel has got it. So im waiting to see what thats like. So I dont have to sacrifice. Besides im trying to get that s5 upgrade. And I think this update will allow us to if everyone screws their phone up like withthe 4.3 update.
 
Checked it out lastnight. Looks good but no wifi calling and no multi window that I found. Im gonna wait for the kitkat to come out then just root. I have the original stock rom that I flash with odin. So my phone is also easily warrantied. Even though my buddy at metro dont care

That's the link to the new version of C-RoM...let me know if it works. I had the older version and got a ota update. No I can't over clock. I'm gonna flash that kernal today and see how it goes
