Root [MetroPCS/GSM] KitKat

How would I go about installing KitKat on my rooted Sprint S3?
Also, if Sprint sends an update to my phone is it ok to install it when I'm rooted?

It's okay to let it install, but it probably won't.

As far as how you do it, you find a ROM or you wait until Sprint pushes the update to your phone.

Where do I find a rom? This is all new to me!
How do I know it will working my phone? BTW I doubt Sprint will ever send KitKat to my s3
