Root [MetroPCS] How to unroot 12b?

I am trying to unroot my device. I tried using the 12b kdz file but all it gave me was an error and it failed. Is there anything else I can do to unroot my phone and restore it to the way it was before root?
 
did you try running it in compatibility mode xp with admin permissions if you are using windows vista/7/8
also did you make sure to install the software to run the kdz flash software and phone drivers
