MetroPCS LG MS910 LG Esteem (code name "Bryce") LTE 4G

Would love this phone, if it has a flash like its supposed to. Tired of Metro getting phones with decent camera's but no LED flash. The samsung Admire was supposed to have a LED flash, and then when it acctually came out the flash was gone. For what, so they could save all of $5 per unit. The Esteem is Metro's last chance to keep a lot of customers, people are migrating left and right over to simple mobile cause they can use any AT&T or T-Mobile device on that network including Iphones, and Sidekicks. So its a wait till Sept and see with Metro. I am also debating price on this phone as well, as it was said to be close to $400. Not sure if i want to fork out that kind of money, when i get can an EVO flashed to metro for $225, and in many ways except for a forward facing camera the EVO is a way better phone.

price suppose to be $359, and possible a mail in rebate or similair, but evo 4g works well on metro also, have a few friends with evo 4g on metro, but my 2 evo 3d is on sprint.

Well the Evo 3d sells for about 450 in my area on craigslist, So thats way out of my price range, but the regular Evo sells for around 200-225 depending on condition. I feel the regular Evo 4g might still be a better phone. Will have to wait till this is officially released and see how it handles and feels. Also will have to see if it will indeed have a LED Flash (A first for Metro)...

All i know is there are some truly awesome ROM's for the EVO so i am actually leaning toward it.

trust me you will not be disappointed with the evo's, my evo 4g was awsome, but the 3d is incredible...:D

lol..i have also been considering a 16gb Iphone 3gs, and putting it on simplemobile, but i want to play around with one first. I am probably going to go with the EVO 4g, tried tested, and proved...and cheaper than the new LG

all evo 4g phones will be getting cheaper cause they are on the list to be removed...

I was actually planning on waiting for this phone to finally be released, but never knew that the EVO4G could be used on Metro. A few questions?

Are you guys buying these phones outright from HTC? Or is Craigslist usually a better option?

Do you flash the phone yourselves to get it working on Metro, or will they take care of it for you at the store?

And for those that have an EVO on Metro, what's it like? Is everything working properly? Any drawbacks?

I've always been a fan of the EVO4G, but preferred to live without a contract. Please give me a heads-up on the above questions as I need a phone now, and in planning on waiting for the LG, this news is a HUGE surprise.

you want be disappointed, the evo's are nice and yes you can get them on ebay, Craigslist, or similair and everything works on it, and metro can flash them for you but you can also do it yourself with the proper software not free tho...but the Lg is similair to the htc 4g

I would recommend looking for one that is already flashed to Metro (There are lots out there, and yes everything works great on them, as long as they were properly flashed).

Because of cost difference, and my strong desire for a better phone than my trusty ascend...can't brick it even through trying....I personally rather pay 200-250 for the EVO 4g, than 359-400 for the new LG...considering i know for a fact i will get everything i want and more out of the EVO

Would this be better than the current Indulge that Metro has? I've been considering an upgrade after stressful days messing with my Ascend...

Wait for the Esteem (Supposed to be in Metro Stores by Sept 26th). Or get an EVO that is flashed to Metro...

IMO the indulge is a piece of crap.
