Root [MetroPCS] Return of the dreaded 12b update

It came back a couple of days ago, and the "Disable Service" app can't keep it from popping up. I would assume that some other update is causing it to not go the hell away. Any help would be greatly appreciated so I don't have to jam sewing needles into my skull.
 
I am also getting the update notification. Disable service app isn't working even with going into Google Services Framework and disabling 'System Service Update'

I will disable it and then it get's re enabled by itself.

Am I disabling the correct thing?
 
my best setup that makes my phone smooth is im now using xperion rom with a partitioned sd card set for half fat32 half external running links2sd plus to link everything i can to the sdcard im also using pure performance x and pure hd with the audio beats mod and gts debloater and its fast clears cache every hour and my internal never filled up 5 gig dedicated on sd card for that ;) honestly try whatever setup works for you but ive tried alot and that is one of the best imho my phones loud and smooth as crap with loads of customizable options.note:if you try to learn how to do this dont use gts overclocked kernal over this as it wont be needed and breaks the recovery he has embedded into it
 
Yazyazoo, if it's not in the cache, I don't have a clue. When you swipe the notification away, does it come back? If not, then it's possible that the update was never actually downloaded to your phone.

DealerMan, these guys are making it harder than it is to get rid of the pop up of the 12b update. its simple.
go into the SuperSU app, go to Settings in SuperSU, scroll down to "system" click "Install SuperSU into system"
wait until it installs itself into your phone's system settings.
the Install SuperSU into system box should turn grey and unclickable since its been achieved. you may have to turn off & restart your phone.
After that. click yes to the install 12b update pop up the next time it appears.
it should fail and it will never ever pop up again. and your phone will remain at 10i.
