Root [MetroPCS] samsung galaxy s4 metro pcs

okay so i rooted my metro pcs s4 and it worked i also did a backup of it when i tried restoring back to it everything is force closing and its crazy laggy i trie to go on settings but its so laggy i cant please help and thanks in adv.
