Root [MetroPCS] service unlock

Greetings,
I recently moved from Florida to Pennsylvania. Discovered that Metro sucks here so I need help unlocking so I can take my phone to another service provider.
I called metro about this, they giving me the run around. they said they would send me the unlock ... but has yet to hit my e-mail, been like 4 days.
 
just wait the 4 days if it hasn't been sent to your e-mail then call them and they'll give it to ya over the phone.
