Just before I do this my (I have never used the tool) lg l70 has been acting strange lately every since I got my class 4 8gb sd card. every time I put it in my l70 starts lag a little then goes to a black screen and hangs. when I don't have the sd in it moves smoothly. I'm wondering do I need this tool or what I don't know.
