Ok So I have a question and hopefully someone will be able to help me. I was at a party today and someone else had a GS3 there too. Mine is with Metro and theirs with Verizon. We were taking pictures and I couldn't help to notice that I have a whole bunch more camera effects than she did. They are both the GS3 in white gotten this week, both running Android 4.0.4, No new software updates on either, And camera version 1.5 on both. Yet my MetroPCS camera has effect Options like Washed out, cold vintage, sepia, black and white, negative, warm vintage, posterize, solarize, blue point, green point, and red and yellow point. Hers only had three different options, black and white, sepia and negative. I spend the whole party researching why hers was different. they are the same phone, same version, same camera, all of the other camera options I checked were the same, just she was on Verizon and me MetroPCS and my phone had more effect options than hers. I found some information that you can check the firmware of the camera by dialing *#34971539# but that didn't work on either of our phones. International version only probably? Idk Anyone have any insight on this why they might be different? I just can't figure out why. Mostly she just wanted the green and blue point options without having to install a completely new camera app. Any help is greatly appreciated!
