Mic Booster apps???

I have a ZTE warp.Recently people say my calls sound muffled and in and out.They simply can't hear me good sometimes?Is there a app to improve this.Most I've seen are apps for microphone headsets and not the actual phone.

Have you tried blowing some compressed air into the microphone, you might just have some gunk in there.. i don't know of any apps that would/could boost outgoing voice.
