Root Mic issues with mytouch running SuperD roms

I was having a lot of trouble finding a solution to this problem and also applying the solution. I had to run from one forum to another to fit everything like it should. Since a lot of MT3G users use SuperD, here is consolidated guide to help solve your mic issues, till they are fixed by the devs.

Step1:

Download and install android sdk from here.

If you are having trouble installing the sdk, here is a complete guide for installing and using sdk.

Step2:

Download this file. Unzip it and save it in your c:\ drive (not in any folder)

then adb:

adb remount
adb push c:\AudioPreProcess.csv /system/etc
adb push c:\AudioPara4.csv /system/etc
adb push c:\AudioFilter.csv /system/etc
adb shell reboot
 
I have noticed a lot of issues and bugs are popping up with the 1.10.2. I hope they fix soon. Im starting to miss the use of my phone. :'(
 
Strange. Apart from the mic issue I have had no problem with this rom *fingers crossed*. Though the mic never gave you a problem.
 
I have also problem with mic, some force close and lag when I try to exit from gallery. 1.10.3 coming soon hope that will be better.
 
His changelog does not mention anything about better filters for mytouch 3g, which means we are stuck with the poor mic quality or use the solution mentioned. I think the other issues might get addressed, as he says the rom will be even faster than what it is right now.
