Help Mic not working?

Hi all,

I'm very frustrated with my phone right now. After factory resetting it, my mic stopped working. Well, it works when I record a video or sound but when I use skype or call someone, the other party can't hear me. Any suggestions? I have a ZTE V768.

i moved you to the t-mobile zte concord forum, since this is the phone you have.

you can try a factory reset maybe and see if that works. if that does not work then you might have hardware issue and will need to be fixed.
