Im getting frustrated on replacing this phone. This will be the 3rd time if I do. Once its replaced its fine and the sounds on phone are in the default setting when you first open the box. Now it has the static all over again. Any suggestions on how to fix this or what to do. Had anyone had this problem?

What is the device your having the problem with the s7 or the s7 edge

Too much of a coincidence. Probability of getting 2 successive phones with static is extremely low. Please describe in detail, when, where and how the static occurs. Are you using different headphones etc. etc.

Could be a duff batch made during production. If exchanging at the same store might be they're giving out lemons as replacements, until they get new stock in. The OP is on the third successive S7 apparently.

This week we had multiple reports of the S7 Edge user manual being in Czech when the system language was set to UK English, which is definitely a bug.

There have been several reports with mic and speaker faults on the s7 in the uk but with the edge there isnt yet which is sort of weird.

I have the S7 and after the first and second phone it stills does the same after a while and I had did a factory reset and didn't hear anything but when it was updated you hear the static.

That's been fixed now.
