Help Micro Hdmi

I'm pretty sure it doesn't. This looks like the same cord I used for my MT, and it doesn't fit my Evo V. From what I understand, you have to use the USB micro and then get some sort of adapter. Someone more knowledgeable will chirp in any second now.

You need an mhl adapter

The HTC OEM part number is 73H00394-00M

It's available from a number or vendors, here's one:

OEM HTC MHL-HDMI Adapter $32.22, fulfilled by amazon.com, Prime eligible or free super saver shipping

You don't need to buy the HTC branded adapter. The link thebrycee provided is for a "generic" adapter that's much cheaper. As usual, read the reviews, etc.

Yeah. People on prepaid generally gravitate towards the cheaper accessories so I figured I'd post that one. I'm getting the OEM one. My extended battery was $52 and people weren't willing to pay for quality :/

Cheap HDMI cables are the exact same quality as the $100 ones. I'm not sure if the same thing goes for adapters but you should never pay more than five bucks for an HDMI cable.

No, cheap HDMI cables should offer the same performance as expensive cables. Performance and quality are not the same thing.

A quality product is able to maintain performance over time. The quality product doesn't have connectors that get too loose as you use them again and again, doesn't stop working after a couple of months, doesn't have the connector head break away from the cable, etc. Cheap cables can be quality cables, but it's not wise to assume that all cheap cables are created equally.

As far as the adapters go, a person can read the reviews on Amazon for the OEM HTC adapter and the generic adapter linked above, compare the reviews and decide for himself which will best meet his needs. The performance seems to be the same, but the quality is not.

By quality I meant picture quality not quality parts, but still you buy a cheap 3 buck cable and it breaks in a year or two, you then buy a new 3 dollar cable and it lasts a couple more years, it would take 25-50 years to reach the price of a $75 cable and I'm sure bu then we will have a new superHD cable or something that you want to upgrade to anyway.
