How do I put all my files from my Galaxy S2 on to a micro sd card?

Im really bad with technology...
 
You can use a file explorer app to move or copy stuff. If your S2 doesn't have one, there are plenty in the Play Store. ES File Explorer is popular and free, if you want a suggestion.
