Micro sim to standard sim adapter?

I currently have a Droid Bionic and am purchasing the Razr on launch day. Knowing the Razr uses a micro sim, can I purchase an adapter (Amazon) and use the same sim in my Bionic should I want to go back and forth between phones? Can anyone confirm if this will work?

Can anyone confirm this with real world experience? The chips are physically different on the sim vs. micro sim. (I've held them side be side, the micro sim chip is slightly smaller and has a different pattern). I had heard early on that an adapter would not work to switch between phones.

I have 3 SIM cards, all of them cut myself and use them with 2 phones - Razr and another phone with a standard SIM size. They all work fine on both.
