I am facing frequent problem of get hang my device immediate after alarm.The screen get still.Then only wayout left to restart the device by removing battery.After reinstalling the battery,screen goes blank and only option to switch off the device is removing the battery again.After few tries I was able to enter in to the recovery mode.But not able to do factory setting.The msg appear is The new key is 116
