Root Micromax a45 like phone

So I have a Qmobile Noir A2, also known as MyPHone a818 in malaysia. And it absolutely is NOT rootable. So now, I'm wondering if I can flash another version like MicroMax A45's to my phone? But it's not rooted so how can I flash another ROM/OS without root? Thanks.

install cwm recovery and then u can install/flash roms/os;)
 
So, I installed drivers and turned off my phone as instructed and PC detects the drivers so does the SP Flash tool, but then suddenly my mobile shows a battery icon and says "Qmobile" And it's a moving battery (charging) and PC no longer detects it so I can't flash :/ Any help on this? Any other way to flash phone?
 
I'm already trying to flash using that method, that's what I just told you.
7. Now turn off your Micromax A45, remove battery and put it back(DONT switch it back on).
8. Press Download in the SP Flash Tool window, then When the countdown starts, connect your phone to PC.
9. After it's done, disconnect the phone, remove battery and put it back. Boot the phone into Recovery mode,

I remove battery, put it back in and I DONT switch it on, it just turns the screen on by itself and starts charging (But the phone is still off) and then PC doesn't detect it...
 
I just told you, jeez. My phone is a QMOBILE NOIR A2, It's different. It's the exact same phone, but mine is MT6575. And it shows the QMOBILE CHARGING SCREEN WHEN I PLUG IT IN! God.
 
Master !!! i have a problem, i bought new Q Moblie A5, (mtk6573) (Only GSM, Dual Sim) Phone, its same to Micromax A75, and i flash A75 Rom, but my phone give error on start [Error] 3g Load can't run 2g-phone!!! plzzzzzzzz help what i do!!!! its Brick!!!!
