Help microSD card

I went into a Sprint store yesterday trying to explain my poor 3G service. I showed the guy, or tried to anyway, my speedtest results. He said that the size of my microSD card has something to do with it?! That that phone has to access all the data on my card before it does something or other. I have a 16gb card. I barely use it. He said a 32gb card would "really open up the phone."

I guess my question is he full of crap? Sounds like it, but you never know.

Yes he is full of crap. Take the card out completely and your service won't get any better.

He is full to the BRIM. I would honestly talk to a manager over that, I know their job is to sell you all they can but that's pretty ridiculous.
