What if you could add more storage to any Android device with a tiny adapter?

A MicroSD to Micro USB adapter. This indiegogo project aims to receive funding for the creation of a tiny adapter -- the worlds first of it's kind so you no longer have to worry about running out of space for your favourite videos, music or photos. All we need is your support to help fund the creation of this adapter.

The adapter is so small it can happily sit with your keys as a keyring; store the whole of your favourite TV series, music collection and more in the palm of your hands.

Support the project and be the first to receive the adapter. If the project doesn't get funded, your receive a full refund, nothing to lose.

It may be smaller than some of the devices I found on Amazon but I wouldn't call it "the worlds first of it's kind..."

Here's a device that functions similar to your device. Samsung Multi-function Connection Kit

Someone else posted about a micro USB OTG adapter:

"Amazon.com: eForCity Micro USB OTG to USB 2.0 Adapter: Cell Phones & Accessories

It works perfectly with the N10. I'm using the stickmount app to mount it. Not sure if this is just for rooted devices or not. Since the microUSB is on the side of the N10 the cable lays to the side nicely and doesn't get in the way. Well worth the $1.02!! "

Can anyone confirm if this will work to use a flash drive or card reader on a non-rooted Nexus 10?

Any help would be appreciated!

The one that I posted in the one right above yours works fine for USB drives, wireless mice & keyboards. It is basically the same exact thing, so I think that you should be fine.

And you aren't rooted? Do you have to use the "Nexus Media Importer" app?

Yes I am rooted now, but this also worked when I first received my Nex10. I have confirmed that it works on non rooted Nexus 7, Samsung Galaxy SIII, Droid DNA and Sprint Galaxy Note II.
