Microsoft Active Sync

Hello all, tried setting this up on my HTC Incredible S with my works Outlook email but having no luck it is saying wrong user name and password, which my IT Dept says it is all correct. Downloaded Exchange for Android which works with the settings I have tried with Active Sync, but it is only a 30 day trial and full version is

I had similar issues when first setting this up. The server address should not include the web prefix. ex.. companyowa.companybusiness.com. Also make sure you put in the full domain name. ex.. prod.company.com. you might also try inputting your username as domain\username. Also make sure the ssl connection box is checked. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the info but it is saying - Authentication failed please verify username and or password,and these i have filled in the same when I boot up my laptop in work !!
