The native email app in Android will do it, unless it's restricted on your phone for some reason. I've had it working on 3 different phones with Froyo, Gingerbread and ICS.

Enhanced Email is specially 'enhanced' for Exchange accounts

I'm using the native email app on Gingerbread, it works fine. My only severe complaint is that it can't search.
