I was able to sync my HTC Hero to microsoft exchange. However, I have folders with rules on my outlook. For some reason, my mail from those folders does not come in automatically. I need to go into each folder and manual refresh to obtain those emails. Anyone know how to force those emails to automatically come in to my phone?
