Download of the Week: Microsoft Flight - TechSpot News

So Microsoft Flight is available for free. Of course there is a ton of DLC but so far I have been enjoying it immensely without 'buying' the rest of hawaii/more planes etc....

Curious to see if anyone else will play it and how well it compares to Flight Simulator X (or whatever it is called)

I'd be tempted if it can use throttle/stick controls. I'm not qualified on yokes.

So far just using the keyboard is working out for me, i do have a usb controller i might dust off to see how much better it can be, I'm also considering buying the 'hawaii pack' to get rest of islands and couple more planes...

Think I'm gonna give it a whirl with the trusty usb controller finally. Am thinking the genric playstaion analog stick may not be THAT bad... but i could be wrong
