Microsoft Outlook Notes etc

Google apps will sync calendar, mail and contacts with outlook and android.

I just don't want my business (or personal) information floating around in a cloud somewhere.

I just wish HTC Sync would sync Notes/Task as they do calendar and contacts.

There is a product called Akruto Sync that I have been using for quite some years. It can be configured to sync any or all of your calendar, contacts, tasks and notes. You do have to have an exchange account but this is quite simple. There is a 7 day free trial or it can be purchased for a $34.95 one off payment. I am currently using a Note 4.

The technical support arm of this company is excellent and very willing to assist. I can recommend the product for anyone using an Android phone (as well as iPhone and Windows phone) and Microsoft Outlook on their PC.
