Microtransaction-fee MMO

I hate microtransactions as well, however finding an MMO with a one time fee may be hard. You'll either have to pay for things through the microtransaction process or pay a monthly fee.
The best MMO for mobile phones right now, IMO, is Order and Chaos:

$6.99 up front and 3 months of gameplay, then $.99 a month after that, which I really don't think you can beat. You could get 6 months for about half the price (.50/month) if you sign up for that. Three months is a decent time period to decide if you really want to keep playing or not.
And, for the quality of game it is and the amount of content it has, 10$ for a game that lasts you 9 months is a steal.
