Might go back to Samsung

Previously had a galaxy s3 before getting my m8. Love the m8 although never totally impressed with camera. Anyway was still thinking that when contract up I would probably get the m9 due to memory card slot. Standing in pub yesterday however, guy next to me was on his phone pretty constant and I have to admit it looked stunning. The screen just jumped out at you. Eventually I asked what it was although I was pretty sure I knew the answer. It was the s6 edge. So now looking at deals for the 64gb one. Still time till contract is up to change mind again but it did look absolutely stunning. Anyone else played around with one.:

I haven't played around with a S6 Edge but that case announcement from Incipio on the Phandroid front page makes the regular Samsung Galaxy S6 look more doable to me. The Incipio case allows you to have external storage with a microSD card and doubles your battery life with an external battery. It's pricey though and nothing was mentioned about the Edge..

I must admit i do think the edge part of the screen is quite gimmicky and as i always use a case thought it would be of even less use. Looking at the phone however, the lack of bezel and the OLED screen just look really good. It really did catch the eye. Pity about the sd card though as i have always considered it a deal breaker. The M9 was winning me over despite being a small upgrade over m8, now i would consider a 64gb s6. Havent seen a regular s6 for real yet to see how screen looks with bezel.
Oh well, will see what happens when contract is up.

No doubt about it the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is a stunner... But expandable memory is a must for me. I like to have all my music all the time and the Cloud streaming options while cool only work when you have an Internet connection. I often find myself in areas where there is no signal, WiFi or Mobile data. No calls, No browsing but it still can play my media from an microSD card. Maybe Incipio can figure out an S6 Edge case with the same feaures as their S6 case, I hope. :)
