The best part about android is the ability to run multiple apps in parallel. The OS basically has a stack where it pushes and pops the applications onto and from it. So you can expect a stutter or some delay in the applications starting up.
 
Is this for real? That will be a deal breaker for me. Everything i do is folder based and i like it that way.


Thats what third party apps are for... If this is true it won't take long at all for someone to create a file browser, this is why I love open source!

Thats what the onboard google search is for.. it will search your files and the web for the search criteria. :cool:

Sometimes a search is not what we want to do.

When I download something, I need/want a logical place to put it.
Without a set folder structure, it would suck if everything gets saved to the Desktop - ie. the home screen.

Take ur sig's advice.. I'll be all good. Everything isn't going to be saved to the desktop that wouldn't make sense. Clearly there has to be a place for apps, games, etc..
