MIH Implementation (802.21)

Hi All,
Im new to Android Development and got a challenging work of implementing MIH Algorithm (802.21).

Please anyone help me how to start the case study. If anyone already implemented please guide me.

Im using ARCHOS 5, having installed Android SDK 1.5

DId you ever get anything? Looking at this also and althought the std is out don't see a lot going on with it.
