Help Milestone 2 system backup

You need Droid 2 bootstrap from the Market. Then just open the app, grant root permissions and press Bootstrap recovery, the press reboot into recovery. It will reboot into recovery that has the option to do a full backup.

I must say that I'm very satisfy with my Milestone 2.It is obviously there are many things and "secretes" I should know.
This is the first time that I tried to find answer on some forum. As I can see, it is very popular and efficient method, especially if you are lucky and come across someone like you.
I have one more question for you: how to safely boot into recovery (restore) mod without using Bootstrap application, but on/off button and keyboard?
Please explain me the whale restore procedure.
Are the files (cache.img ; data.img ;nandroid.mg5 and system.img) in "clockwork/backup/2011-10-02.15.42.01" folder on my SD card the files that were backed up using Bootstrap app?
If they are, how can I install them back to my M2 if it will be needed?

It will probably depend on your handset's localization, but Power button+up key. There is a key combination for this in general, do a Google search as I o not remember it at the moment if it is not Power+up.
Also, you can try one of the reboot manaers available on the Market and they have the option to reboot into recovery.
They are the backup files indeed. To restore them, boot into recovery and go into the Backup and Restore option and then use Restore.
