So i bought an ott m8 from gbox canada. I paid for the wireless keypad they suggested. It's made in china and it just says mini keyboard on the box. I did a search for remotes to use with android tv and a picture comes up as the cheaper option. It kind of looks a flatten down xbox controller in shape. A circular pad top left with play/ff etc and on the top right there a circular pad with arrows and an okay button. 4 buttons to left of the mousepad and 4on the right. My problem is, it keeps going back for no reason. I'll open an app and back a screen it goes, mostly in kodi but i think its happened a couple times in other apps. I was entering my login info for gamecentre and it did it and i had to start again. I'll scroll down a list a shows and it'll take back to previous menu where i select shows/movies etc. Firstly does anyone know the keyboard Im talking about? and secondly has anyone else encountered this? The support people at gbox told me its adelyaed reaction of a previous time i pressed it while the box updates but it cant be that. Ive gone into stuff without pressing the back button once and it happens.
