Missed call notifier, Voicemail notifier

Searching for 2 apps :

1) Notify me on the lock screen of missed calls, voicemail, SMS, etc.Also, if posible lock screen should allow me to do certain actions (like replying to SMS, etc.), but not allow any phone calls (for security I prefer the phone be unlocked). IMPORTANT : lock screen should be password protected.

2) Customize the sound/ringtone when somebody leaves a voicemail. Currently (default) on my HTC Inspire (Android 2.3.3) voicemail uses the same sounds as SMS.

You need Missed It! from market. You need a lockscreen that allows widgets to be placed on it though, like Widgetlocker. Not sure if HTC Sense Lockscreen allows non Sense widgets to be placed on it.

Certainly the Sense 2.1 and below lockscreens don't allow placements of ANY widgets, sense or otherwise. Not sure about Sense 3.0, I know you can add Sense specific apps though.

ahpitre, Widgetlocker with the ADW notifier add on might do what you're looking for.
