Missing Applications

Some of the application can be missing there be not so big problem some time the application can be saved in system panel . The original problem is only the web sharing which might be presented .
 
I switched to an Evo the other day and went to download Mabilo Ringtones and its gone...Just checked again and its still missing from the Market. WTF....???
 
The official Android Twitter app doesn't appear in the Market on the Sony Experia X10.
 
I just downloader launcher pro, and cannot find it, it is quite urgent as pantheon is running 86% of my battery! any help greatly apreciated
 
I know this is an older thread, but since it popped up again I'll comment.

I found all of those apps in the OP on the Market today (using Evo).
