Help Missing apps from my Droid after upgrade

I just got the Charge today and I thought that when I signed in to Google all my apps would cross over from my original Droid. They didn't but it was okay so I went and downloaded each one again, but I couldn't find the Amazon App Store in the Charge market. Is there a reason why I can't find it?

I was under the impression that the amazon app store had to be downloaded from amazon.com as opposed to the market.

last time I had to download it on a new phone, you click on the link in the app store and it sends a text to your phone with the download link. you have to have unknown sources enabled to install it.

Im not sure but I don't think either google or the back up assistant will restore apps from unknown sources.

Thank you for the help both of you. I forgot that you had to go through the Amazon.com its self instead of the market. I found it and downloaded it and all is good.
