how do I get my missing apps icon back on my Samsung android phone
 
Hi and Welcome

Not quite sure what you mean but;

Of You had an icon for an app which was on a home page and has "gone"

Open the app drawer -:press the grid of dots at bottom right
Find the app icon
Long press it and then release it on a home page
