Root Missing apps

I just got my gTablet off the Woot deal. I flashed it to VEGAn tab without issue. I didn't have a ton of time or patience to play more, but I did notice that there were a few core apps missing from the market. I could find no browsers, only themes and add ons for the browsers like dolphin and xScope. ES file manager was also missing as were all but 2 of EStrongs offerings. ES was included with the stock TnT setup, so I assume it should work with the device. Is there anything I'm missing to get more apps in the market. I've seen a market "fix" but it appears to be for those who's market doesn't work at all.

The fix will work for anyone, regardless of how many apps are currently showing up for you. I have even had to do it from time to time to get updates or recently released apps to show up.

Force stop the market and google services framework, then clear data and cache for both and reboot. Voila, full market.
