Missing connection with USB cable

Hello everyone!!
I have two phones one 3gw100 second 3gw101 and two same cables. Wist both phones I have same problem. Take some time to connect phone to cable, like disconnect, then connect make some voodoo moves e.t.c.
What I have done to solve problem:
1) cleared connection plugs
2) installed any possible roms
If some body knows solution please help me:dontknow: Is this phisical connection problem or/and hardware or/and software?

According to someone else on the forum it look software and chita-realated...

I just bought today one of those chinese universal battery charger. For the datas i just plug my SD card to my computer with a reader.

Yes you right, but how to use phone in car as GPS?
Anyway i found solution.
I installed latest LeOS and manually i added Google Apps. All third party images based on android 2.3.X have problem with battery charger controller.

According to someone else on the forum it look software and chita-realated...

For this I don't know, never managed to use the damn GPS on my phone, I hoped the new Leos would deal with it if it is coming one day... Otherwise maybe with 3g???
