Help missing disk space

So. I have 1gb drive.
Im using 699mb for apps
166 mb free.
So where did the rest go and how can i check it?

The first thing you need to understand is that an advertised gigabyte is rarely 1,024 megabytes and that there is always file system overhead that reduces storage space. If you want to get a cleared picture of what you've got, I'd recommend looking at this app: Storage Truth

Do you mean 1GB of RAM ?

Yes. I believe Android needs to reserve a certain percentage of total storage in order to function so while you may have a GB of storage you will never have a full GB free.
